We're two years old — every one of them chose a new school over an established one. Years here is still the number worth reading, and we'll keep printing it as it grows.
You do not need a reason and you do not need permission. You do need to not turn up during a period — they will be teaching.
Every teacher keeps one free period a week for parents, listed against their name above. Come then and you'll get twenty unhurried minutes.
4:15 to 5:30, most days. Teachers running the doubt hour will be in their room anyway.
Leave a message and the teacher calls back within a working day. If they don't, tell the principal — that's not a complaint, it's information.
Twice a term, Saturday mornings. Report cards are handed over in person, never sent home in a bag.
If a child is slipping, the class teacher calls you before the marks reach you. That call is the job, not a courtesy.
No WhatsApp groups for academics. Nothing important is decided in one.
The office is open 9 to 4, Monday to Saturday. Say who you want to see and why, and they'll tell you when that person is free.
